Jamie Lehouillier

Jamie holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with a business specialization and a Diploma in Environmental Assessment from the University of Waterloo, as well as a post-graduate certificate in Behavioural Science and a Diploma in Developmental Services from Humber College. Jamie brings strong policy experience from his work with Environment and Climate Change Canada as a Regulatory Engagement Officer and with Innovation Canada as a Climate Program Analyst. Prior to joining the Great Lakes Plastic Cleanup, he embraced leadership roles throughout his academic journey, serving as a Peer Success Coach at the University of Waterloo and working as an Educational Assistant with his local school board for five years. He is passionate about educating folks of all ages and
finding sustainable solutions for combatting plastic pollution!
