Blaine Stand is the Director of Circular Economy & Water at Pollution Probe, where he leads collaborative initiatives to protect Canada’s waterways and accelerate the circular economy. A social scientist and organizational strategist, Blaine brings over a decade of experience from Green Roofs for Healthy Cities, where he shaped green infrastructure policy and professional training across North America. He holds dual Honours degrees in Anthropology from the University of Toronto and co-founded Project Abigail, leveraging a unique, human-centric lens to drive climate resilience and equitable community development.
