Why should you buy Green Power?

The carbon economy is unsustainable. Fossil fuels are a finite resource, which means that sooner or later all the oil, coal and natural gas will either be gone — burned in our cars, power stations and household furnaces — or it will be too difficult or expensive to extract.

In the meantime, we are living with the consequences of decades of fossil fuel combustion: smog-choked cities, respiratory disease and other health problems caused by breathing polluted air, and the onset of climate change caused by burning carbon-based fuels.

Green Power, with its promise of low or non-polluting, climate-friendly energy, must be a major component of any strategy to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and move towards a sustainable energy future.
