Energy Programme

The burning of fossil fuels to generate electricity causes major environmental and human health problems. We must reduce our demand for electricity and find cleaner ways to meet essential energy needs. For many years Pollution Probe has successfully promoted energy conservation. We are building on that success in our current energy programme by promoting the 3Es of cleaner electricity - Energy Efficiency, Energy from Renewables, and Emissions Reductions.
